Welcome to the Association of Dive Program Administrators (ADPA). The benefits to the institution and individual dive program administrator are outlined below. The resources to create and maintain a dive program up to the highest safety standards are what we share as members. Enclosed you will find your membership certificate.

The right to attend our annual symposium - in conjunction with the Dive Equipment and Marketing Association (DEMA) conference, this day long gathering is a forum of invited guest speakers, presentations and workshops on a variety of important dive industry issues.
DSO list server - access to the password protected member's area on our website allows you to open an e-mail dialogue with members about pertinent issues. This is an invaluable resource that taps into years of experience and the most unique aquatic institutions in the country.
Online resource library - this member's only area on our website allows you access to dive manuals, presentations, computer programs etc. from the current ADPA programs around the country. This is a comprehensive resource for starting and maintaining an up to date program.
ADPA Member Institutional Diving Reciprocity - this is an opportunity for ADPA members to forge relationships that foster collaboration and community. By sharing records of training and community standards the door opens for dive officer/aquarist exchanges and inter-organizational volunteer diving.
Orientation to DEMA - we offer information on how to maximize your DEMA experience from veterans in our industry. Sharing information on the conference, buying strategies, workshops, getting donations and maximizing your networking opportunities help to make DEMA pertinent to your program's needs.
Group Representation - take advantage of relationships that have been forged over the years with the American Academy of Underwater Sciences (AAUS), Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), Divers Alert Network (DAN) as well as various equipment manufacturers and industry contacts.
